Why Me

I’ve spent more than two decades building, leading, and eventually selling my own company. I’ve lived the pressure, hit the ceilings, and have been weighed down by the responsibility that comes with running a business. I know what it’s like to push through seasons that don’t add up and to rebuild a healthier way forward.
Along the way, I earned two coaching certifications and spent years developing the frameworks and tools I now use with clients. I’ve also been married for over 28 years, and together we’ve built a thriving marriage and raised four flourishing children—proof that you can lead, grow, and build a meaningful life without sacrificing what matters most.
Today, I help entrepreneurs do the same—to grow as leaders, to build stronger businesses, and to create a life they’re proud to live.
